Credit Notes

This guide will help you apply a credit note to a customer account inside Vuzion CORE

1. Login to Vuzion CORE 

2. Click “Classic Panel” which can be found in the top navigation pane 

3. Click Billing in the top right corner 

4. Under Customers, search for the customer you wish to raise a Credit for 

5. Click on their Account name and then click the Documents tab 

6. Click Add New Credit Memo 

Under Description, enter a reason for the credit, ie ‘Incorrect price charged’, ‘Purchased in error’, etc. (This is not visible on the credit note itself, only in the Documents list) 

7. Adjusted Document – if the credit relates to an open, unpaid invoice you can select it here. The credit will then be applied to that invoice automatically.
